**Please mail applications to the appropriate chairperson listed on the test form.
PLEASE NOTE: Application deadlines are 2 weeks prior to the test session! This does NOT guarantee a spot on the session. Some sessions are full before the deadline. Full test sessions will have a wait list. Schedules will be mailed 1 week prior to test date. They will go to coaches and parents who have e-mail addresses indicated on test forms. The schedule may not always be posted on line due to time constraints. A skater on the wait list will be notified if there is an opening. Everyone must reapply for the next test session if they were wait listed. All applications and checks will be shredded.
Please make sure you are ready to test prior to applying for the session. NO REFUNDS for tests cancelled less than 72 hours prior and NO REFUNDS for conditional tests not taken due to a retry! Tests cancelled for any reason must reapply for the next session. No roll-over tests!
USFSA PERMISSION FORM
There is a standard permission form available from the USFSA that is necessary for skaters to participate in out-of-club test sessions and events. This form can be downloaded by clicking
here. Full season permission letters, for both tests and competitions can be requested by e-mailing Sandi at
sandi@northernice.org. Starting in 2011, permission letters - to test/compete at other clubs - will be posted on the Northern Ice Skating Club web page. You can then download and print it whenever you need it. It can take up to 2 weeks for the letter to appear on the web page.
TEST PATCHES
Test patches are available through Juvenile level. They are $2.50 each and are available from Pegg or Laurie at test sessions or at the rink or via mail. Please email them at if you are interested.
