There is a standard permission form available from the USFSA that is necessary for skaters to participate in out-of-club test sessions and events. This form can be downloaded by clicking here.
TEST PATCHES
Test patches are available through Juvenile level. They are $2.50 each and are available from Pegg at test sessions or at the rink or via mail. Please email her at if you are interested.
